Ravens give back in a big way

Upper School StuCo created a little friendly competition during the annual food drive between Upper School and Middle School Houses, which led to a massive haul for the Eugene Field's Food Pantry. As the all-school food drive continued, stacks of canned goods, macaroni and cheese, granola bars, and more lined the hallways and walls in both the Upper School and Middle School LAC. On Thursday, December 12, Middle and Upper School students packed the bus, a truck, and a van to deliver over 10,000 food items! Channel 2 reporter Cathy Tatum captured the action as students filled a room full of non-perishable food that will be used to feed students and families throughout the holiday season and keep the pantry stocked through the rest of the school year! StuCo President Holden Williams and Vice President Lily Clark were interviewed.

Way to go, Ravens. Your love and call to care for others shows.

Bringing Holiday Cheer to Youth Services

National Honor Society members brought holiday cheer and much needed relief to the staff of Youth Services of Tulsa last week. The team at YST needed many hands to decorate for the annual Holiday Party which is a much anticipated event for their guests. Thank you for sharing the warmth NHS!

Way to go, Ravens!

Congratulations to RCDS Speech & Debate! This weekend, they took on the Muskogee Tournament, placing 3rd overall in the 3A Division. The team enjoyed seven podium finishes and five new qualifications for 3A Regional Tournament in the spring! Additionally, Muskogee was the first tournament of the season with the Champions Division, giving students the opportunity to face Regional competitors from any Division, and to compete against other teams regardless of the size of the school. Our Speech & Debate students showed their prowess with three podium finishes in the Champions Division!

Congratulations to Ravens eSports Valorant team and the Blue Raven Finals team for making it to the state championships! Blue Ravens are in the Final Four and are playing, Canute. The Valorant team faces off against Salina, the reigning High School State Champions. "Our teams should all be very proud of their accomplishments and to be leveling up to play in a big eSports arena," said eSports coach Paul Knight.

Upper School Basketball teams enjoyed a successful run at the Wilson Tournament. The Varsity Girls team finished 4th and the Varsity Boys team finished 3rd.
