RFA Officer Positions: Call for Nominations
Nominate yourself or another stellar RCDS parent who would be great serving on the Riverfield Family Association Board! Available positions are President, Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Officer, and Fundraising Chair. There are opportunities to engage with unelected roles as well! Nominations are open now! Simply email president Suzie Wood at [email protected]. As we are nearing the end of the school year, Lauren Avery is leading the charge on Staff & Teacher Appreciation! Let your own creativity flourish and customize your colors to fit your style or match your home while you enjoy the Pinot's Palette experience! This Paint & Donate gives back to RCDS and your friends and family are invited! Painters must be 10 or older to attend. Ages 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult painter.

Be a Super Hero Be Kind: K/1st grade student-led campaign
Students in the Woods, Sky, and Prairie classes created bracelets to distribute in their communities. Each bracelet will serve as a reminder and prompt for the recipient to perform a random act of kindness and pass the bracelet along to someone else, encouraging kindness to continue spreading far and wide! You can learn more about this project at beasuperherobekind.org. The students want to see acts of kindness in action. When you receive a kindness bracelet, post a picture at this link in the comments on our Facebook page. They will be returning to the thread often to see and measure how far a small act of kindness can truly spread.
Speech & Debate sweeps Regionals!
Ravens Speech & Debate team had a fantastic showing, securing a first-place sweepstakes finish at the Southeast OSSAA Regional Tournament this weekend! Each member of the team advanced to a final round in at least one of their events, with students garnering 31 of the potential 39 state qualifications for events we were entered into! Qualifiers will go on to compete at the OSSAA State Tournament at the University of Tulsa on April 10-12.
